Hereinafter, the commercial relationship established between (“Pallet Guard” or “seller”) and the company’s customers (hereinafter: “buyer” or “customer”) is regulated. In the absence of a different provision, these general terms and conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded between Raklapőr and the given customer.
Raklapőr is entitled to unilaterally change these general terms and conditions. The change is effective from the moment Raklapőr makes the changed general terms and conditions available to customers.

Receipt of goods:
Raklapőr Kft. delivers the ordered products to your home, unless the parties agree otherwise, according to a separate agreement.
The displayed prices for the products include the statutory VAT (the current net price is also displayed), however, the price does not include the home delivery fee. No separate packaging costs will be charged!
3. Order information, order processing

It is possible to compile the contents of the basket and make a purchase on our website without registration.
Orders are processed on working days between 8:30 and 15:30. It is also possible to place the order outside of the times specified for processing the order. If it is done after business hours, the order will be processed on the next business day. In all cases, Raklapőr Kft. will confirm the received order by e-mail or telephone. The general delivery deadline is subject to mutual agreement. The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the full payment of the purchase price.
4. Online ordering process
On the page of the product you want to buy, select the type and enter the quantity, then click the “Add to Cart” button.
If you want to buy more products, click the “Add to Cart” button of the product you want to buy. If you want to buy the products in the basket, click the “View basket” button!
You can check the contents of the basket at any time under the “Basket” menu item in the upper right corner of the page. You can also check the amount of selected products under the “Basket” menu item. To continue the order, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. If you do not have the right products in your basket, you can delete the contents of the basket by clicking on the “X” icon next to the product name. If the quantity is not adequate, you can change the quantity in the “Quantity” column.
After checking the contents of the basket, by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button, you can specify the delivery and payment method you choose on the “Checkout” page. The address of the delivery destination must be set here and the data required for the order must be entered.
After entering the data, you can send your order by clicking on the “Send order” button at the bottom of the page, but before that, you can check the data once more and send an order note for your order.
After sending the order, we will send a confirmation by e-mail.
We will always confirm the received order by e-mail and coordinate the data. If the product is not in stock, our salesperson will contact you at one of the contact details provided and discuss the expected arrival and delivery date of the product.
It is important to ensure the accuracy of the data, as the ordered product will be invoiced and shipped based on the data provided.
5. Payment method for the ordered product and the home delivery fee
After confirming the order, please transfer the entire amount of the order to our bank account against a fee. The total amount to be paid is the total of the order and delivery fee, which you can see in the confirmation letter.
You will receive the invoice electronically at the specified e-mail address.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier, and in the event of damage to the product, ask for a report! Do not accept a damaged or defective product! We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!
6. Home delivery
Our online store orders are fulfilled by our contracted partners throughout Hungary. Packages are delivered on working days, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Unloading of the ordered product(s) from the truck at the address requested by the customer, within 1.5 meters of the truck, or at most, it takes place in the line of the entrance of the address. Overweight or in the case of oversized products, the customer must arrange for the product(s) to be unloaded.
7. Personal data collection
It is possible, at a place and time agreed in advance.
After ordering, the consumer must take delivery of the product within 10 calendar days beyond the previously agreed time. After 10 calendar days, the product order will be cancelled. Raklapőr Kft. is obliged to refund the price of the prepaid product within 30 days.
We guarantee our products for 24 months. In the event of a product failure, you can get more information on what to do by contacting one of our contacts. The cost of bringing the products to a warranty service point is borne by the customer. You can also return the defective product directly to the service point of our online store at the following address: Raklapőr Kft. 4028 4032 Debrecen, Kosztolányi Dezső utca 51. Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted by our collection point, they will always be returned to the sender!
9. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the regulations of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the company, the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product, and may return the ordered product. In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer will not be charged any costs other than the cost of returning the product, but the company may demand compensation for material damage resulting from improper use.
Following the return of the product, the contractor shall refund the purchase price of the product to the consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 days, in accordance with the government decree.
10. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let us know in writing or by phone at one of our contact details. In the case of a written notification by post, we take into account the time it was sent to the post, and in the case of a notification by telephone, the time it was sent by telephone. In case of notification by post, it is imperative that you submit your notification as registered mail, so you can verify the date of mailing. Return the ordered product to our company’s address by mail or courier service.
The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product are borne by the Buyer, our company is unable to accept packages sent with cash on delivery! If required, we can notify the courier service under contract with our company of your intention to send the package, the fee for which must be paid to the courier when the package is sent.
Pay particular attention to the intended use of the product, as the Buyer is responsible for compensation for damages resulting from improper use! After the package arrives at our company, the opening of the package and the inspection of the returned product are recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings later (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete). Within thirty days of the return of the product, Raklapőr Kft. will refund the purchase price of the product to the bank account number specified by the Customer (return by mail is also possible upon agreement).
11. Data management
When using the online store, Raklapőr Kft. treats the personal data provided to it as confidential and does not disclose it to any other party, except in the case that it is a contractual partner of Raklapőr Kft. (for example, the courier service that delivers the order). While browsing the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, duration of visit, etc.).
Raklapőr Kft. uses the data recorded during the order to fulfill the order. The data of the invoice created by the individual IT systems from the order placed on the pages of the online store are recorded and stored with the data provided during the order placement for the period specified in the accounting law in force. Raklapőr Kft. treats the data provided during the newsletter subscription while browsing the online store confidential, the option to unsubscribe is provided at the bottom of every newsletter sent, and can also be requested at one of the contact details provided. You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing to the e-mail address email@example.com. This general terms&conditions matters not regulated in the terms of employment, the Civil Code, Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) on distance contracts and CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. the provisions of the law are governing. 12. Conditions related to pallet rental
Renting can be done against a deposit, the amount of which depends on the rented product. You can read more information about the rental of the pallet guard in the Rental Agreement.
Conditions for taking back the pallet:
If the product is damaged during use, it cannot be returned in all cases. In such cases, Raklapőr Kft. assesses the condition of the product and obliges the Renter to compensate.
A non-returnable product that:
– the side elements are broken, damaged,
– the roof element of the product is also damaged, so it cannot be closed,
– the plinth is damaged,
– the wires of the wire mesh are broken or damaged,
– the markings (EUR symbol, Y-number), data plate are missing,
– the general condition is neglected (rusty) or dirty to such an extent,
– different in color.
13. Complaint handling
The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing.
Our company assumes no responsibility for possible technical parameters, other changes without prior notice due to the supplier or reasons beyond its control. We reserve the right to partially or completely reject orders that have already been confirmed. In this case, if the purchase price of the product is settled in advance, the amount will be returned to the sender. Partial fulfillment can only take place after consultation with the customer!
Publicly available videos on Raklapőr Kft.’s website show the correct assembly method. If the Customer fixes our products not according to the instructions, with inappropriate mounting elements and raw materials, Raklapőr Kft. cannot be obliged to replace the product.
In all cases, the complaint must be submitted in writing with an attached photo.
Examining the complaint: an employee of Raklapőr Kft. assesses the cause of the complaint. If the complaint really refers to a defect in the product, Raklapőr Kft. assumes responsibility for it.
